No progress in missing children saga
Alleged hijacked mother and teenage children still missing.
There is still no trace of the mother and her two children that were allegedly hijacked on Wednesday night in Centurion.
According to Theo Petzer from MonitorNet the search continued into the early hours of Thursday.
“No progress have been made as of yet,” he said.
Centurion residents and authorities scouted the area after an eyewitness claimed that a mother and her two children were hijacked on the corner of Rabie and End Street.
According to the eyewitness the children, presumably teenagers, jumped out of the vehicle when the alleged hijacking took place.
The alleged hijackers fled the scene in the hijacked city golf with the mother still in it.
Warrant officer Dave Muller confirmed this morning that a similar incident was reported but no further details were available.
