Woman shot and wounded in Silverton
Video footage captured a woman being attacked and allegedly shot three times by armed men in Silverton.
A video showing a woman being attacked by three men in Silverton recently went viral.
The woman was wounded after she was shot three times by the men, according to Caught on Camera who uploaded the footage on YouTube on 30 June.
The video shows a security guard opening a gate for her car.
Shortly after she parked the vehicle, another car pulls up to the gate and four armed men jump out of the vehicle. They attack the security guard before running towards the woman.
Two of the men pull the woman out of the car and attack her. The men are then seen fleeing the scene.
Police spokesperson Captain Jan Sepatu said police were looking into the matter.
