TUT Annual B-Tech Exhibition Opens at Freedom Park
CEO of the Freedom Park officially opened the annual TUT B-Tech exhibition on Saturday.
The annual Tshwane University of Technology B-Tech Exhibition was officially opened at Freedom Park on Saturday.
The exhibition, where TUT’s Fine Arts B-Tech graduates would exhibit their art work was officially opened by the Freedom Park Chief Executive Officer, Jane Mufamadi.
The exhibition would run from the 6 to 26 February 2016.
“Freedom Park services the constituency in which it is situated. It is therefore important to nurture and promote institutions that work within the broad areas of our cultural heritage such as art institutions” said Mufamadi during the opening.
On show was a diverse range of media, identities and viewpoints culminating in a challenging exhibition of young and upcoming artists in South Africa.
Members of the public were invited to view the works, socialize with the exhibiting artists, celebrate and become part of the 2015 B-Tech student exhibitions.
