Mrs Planet South Africa welcomes support
Successful money raising fashion show for Mrs Planet South Africa.
Mrs Planet South Africa Chantelle Owens had tears of joy during her money raising fashion show at Bukra in the north of Pretoria on Saturday.
Chantelle could not hold back the tears while thanking Pretoria residents for supporting her to make her dream come true.
More than 100 people attended the show with fashion by different top local designers, accompanied by music, dance and big prizes.
Chantelle’s husband John said the support was amazing.
“A number of people bought a ticket for the event in support of Chantelle, event though they could not attend the event. We say thank you everyone.”
The show raised money to cover Chantelle’s travel cost to represent South Africa at the international Mrs Planet pageant hosted in Bulgeria from 29 to 30 June.
