BREAKING NEWS: Man shot in house robbery
He was shot in the leg and upper chest.
A robber was shot and wounded in a house robbery in the east of Pretoria on Thursday morning.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said medics arrived at the scene to find a man believed to be a robber with gunshot wounds in High Street, Waterkloof Park around 11:00.
He was believed to have been shot by the home owner.
Mathe said details were still sketchy.
“The man was shot in the leg and his upper chest area.”
He was taken to a nearby hospital in a serious but stable condition.
