Mulder family vows not to lose hope, despite MRI scan showing their daughter sustained severe brain damage.

MBOMBELA – “Today was the day we hoped for good news and in one second it felt like our world is falling apart,” Verna Mulder announced early Friday morning on the Facebook group “Please pray for Mienke,” reported the Lowvelder.
According to the Lowvelder Mienke will never be able to walk, talk or see this after an MRI scan showed she has suffered severe brain damage after choking on a bottle two weeks ago.
She and her husband Ryno received the results of their seven-month-old daughter’s MRI scans late on Thursday reported the Lowvelder.
“The most important part of Mienke’s brain was damaged. She has severe brain damage. According to the neurologist and her doctor, Mienke will be disabled for the rest of her life,” said Verna.
Despite the results, Verna has promised that they will fight.
“Know my love for you is more than ever… I will never let go of your hand. Together we will fight this, because you are Jesus’ warrior and our own Miracle Mienke reported the Lowvelder.
