VIDEO: Four suspects nabbed over Centurion robberies

Lyttelton police have arrested four suspects following an investigation into house robbery.

Spokesperson Captain Dave Miller said various household goods were stolen from a house in Elardus Park last week Tuesday and the arrests were made due to tireless efforts by the station’s detectives.

“The detectives followed up on sources, information and forensic evidence and they managed to trace the suspects to Tembisa,” said Miller.

The suspected stolen property was recovered at a residence in Tembisa and some of it was linked to other cases in Centurion.

“The Lyttelton police management and station commander Colonel Daniel Phogole would like to thank the detectives for their enthusiasm and hard work.”

Residents who have had burglaries have been asked to come in to see if they can identify some of the recovered goods.

Children’s bicycle.
