Three children, who were allegedly burned to death by their mother’s boyfriend earlier this year, will finally be laid to rest on Saturday.
Aged 12, four and three, the children were found burnt beyond recognition in a car at Bosplaas West, near Temba north of Pretoria, on January 1.

The children will be buried at a local cemetery at Ramotse village in Hammanskraal, according to police spokesperson Constable Herman Moremi.
Police later found the man (40) suspected of causing their death dead inside his house in Mathibestad, where he allegedly hanged himself.
“The family was still waiting for the post-mortem results to be released as the bodies were taken for forensic tests,” said Moremi.
The children were reported kidnapped by their mother, who claimed her boyfriend took them on New Year’s Eve while she was not around. He had allegedly threatened to kill the children.
The motive for the killing is still unknown.
A case of murder was opened at Temba and Makapanstad police opened an inquest docket.
