The Centurion couple accused of scamming people in and around Pretoria remains off the hook as cases against them have not reached the court yet.
Cases investigated by the Lyttelton and Villieria police are pending approval from senior public prosecutors.
Meanwhile, two more cases have emerged.
One is being investigated by the Garsfontein police and the other could not be confirmed by police.
NPA spokesperson Luvuyo Mfaku said depending on the nature of directives, the accused will have to appear in court for evidence to be presented.
The department of correctional services has confirmed that the husband was out on parole having been earlier jailed for fraud and forgery.

Despite the pending cases against him, the department of correctional services was yet to decide whether an arrest warrant would be issued for the parolee or not.
Correctional services spokesperson Mocheta Monama said the matters were being “looked at internally”.
Earlier Rekord reported that the couple had apparently made their way to Cape Town.
Monama confirmed the parolee had a special arrangement with his parole officer.

Since Rekord published an article on the couple in June last year, more people have come forward to claim they were scammed by them.
The newspaper reported that a 47-year-old private construction worker from Centurion had allegedly been scammed out of two vehicles.
Kabous Krige said he responded to a social media advertisement by a Centurion couple because he wanted to buy himself another car.
Krige said he met the couple to trade in his double-cab bakkie and motorbike for a deposit on a new vehicle.
“They told me that both would be sold for R60 000.”

Krige said the couple promised him he would have the new vehicle within five to 10 working days.
In another case, a retired teacher who asked to remain anonymous said she lost up to R500 000 in the alleged scam.
Another woman, who also preferred anonymity, said she was a former employee of the couple who never got paid, saying they owed her about R160 000.
The couple is also facing legal action outside the Tshwane metro, according to a report by our sister publication the Middelburg Observer.
It reported that the couple allegedly scammed the wives of the two men jailed for putting a man in a coffin.
They allegedly conned the wives out of R24 000 for services that the wives apparently never received from the couple.
