Cable faults left residents of Sunderland Ridge in Centurion and parts of Soshanguve without power on Tuesday.
Restoration work in Soshanguve blocks UU, VV and WW was scheduled to be completed around for 22:00 as technicians were attending to the matter.

Plans to repair the fault in Sunderland Ridge was also underway.
“… and if all goes well, it is anticipated that electricity supply will be restored before 20:00. The city urges the residents in the above-mentioned areas to remain patient while technicians are busy with the repairs,” said metro spokesperson Lindela Mashigo.
