Olievenhoutbosch residents were hit by a power outage on Sunday.

Tshwane metro said the power outage was caused by a trip at the Noordwes substation.
The exact cause of the trip was yet unknown, but municipal teams were on their way to investigate.
Exact time of when the power would be restored was not clear.

“We apologise for the inconvenience caused,” the metro said.
