Sharpen your child’s gross motor skills

Maragon Raslouw Pre-Primary has an extensive and fun programme to sharpen their little ones’ muscles.

Gross motor (physical) skills are those which require whole body movement and involve the large (core stabilising) muscles of the body to perform everyday functions, such as standing, walking, running, and sitting upright.

It also includes eye-hand co-ordination skills such as ball skills (throwing, catching, kicking).

Maragon Raslouw Pre-Primary has an extensive and fun programme to sharpen their little ones’ muscles.

This includes activities such as swimming, playground play – climbing and swinging, hopscotch, walking over unstable surfaces and many more entertaining age-appropriate activities – to provide our preschooler with plenty of time to work her muscles, big and small.
