Both the Thaba Tshwane and Mabapone neighbourhoods will be affected.

The Tshwane metro has announced water supply interruptions for both the Thaba Tshwane area and other parts in the north of Pretoria next week.

“Rand Water has to carry out planned maintenance work on a water meter supplying the area on Tuesday, 16 July,” spokesperson Lindela Mashigo said.

The Thaba Tshwane water interruption will be from 09:00 to 14:00.

“Only Thaba Tshwane will be affected and all reservoirs will be filled to capacity before the shutdown,” he said.

Meanwhile, there will be water supply interruptions in Mabopane, north of Pretoria, for maintenance and upgrade work on Tuesday, 16 July and Thursday, 18 July.
