Cyclist knocked over in Centurion
When medics arrived, they found the man lying in the yellow lane.
A male cyclist, believed to be in his 30s, suffered serious injuries when he was knocked over by a vehicle in Lyttelton on Monday afternoon.
This happened before 15:00 on the M10 road, said ER24 spokesperson Ineke van Huyssteen.
“When medics arrived, they found the man lying in the yellow lane. He was found to be in a serious condition and was placed on advanced life support before being transported to the hospital for further medical care,” she said.
Van Huyssteen said the driver of the vehicle suffered no injuries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known, she said.
