North police station closed after officer tests positive
The station is temporarily closed for decontamination.

North Ga-Rankuwa police station was temporarily closed for decontamination on Thursday after an officer tested positive for Covid-19.
All communities serviced by the station were advised its community service centre would be operating from the mess boardroom, which is situated in the same yard.
“The telephone lines at the station will not be accessible for the duration of the closure,” said police spokesperson Brigadier Mathapelo Peters.
She advised the community to call 10111 for all emergencies and complaints which needed to be attended to by the station.
She also said the building would be closed until further notice.
The station commander can be contacted on 082-416-0808 or the relief commander at 071-675-6279.
