Elderly man still missing weeks later

“At the time of his disappearance he was wearing black trousers, a green shirt and black sneakers.”

A man from the north of Pretoria is still missing weeks after he disappeared in the Kagisanong view section in Hebron, near Ga-Rankuwa.
Police spokesperson Maria Nkabinde said Molatlhegi Joseph Disiba (73) was last seen on 20 October at around 18:00 while being with his sister, Johanna Lesiba.
Disiba reportedly left home to go to a local tuckshop, but did not return.
“Disiba is short and light in complexion,” Nkabinde said.
“At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black trousers, a green shirt and black sneakers.”
The 73-year-old was understood to speak SeSotho and a mix of Afrikaans.
“Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts can contact the investigating officer Detective Sergeant Mmabontle Molokoane from the Hebron detectives on 071-353-6539,” Nkabinde said, adding that members of the public could also contact the Crime Stop number on 08600-10111 or use the MySAPS app.
