What better way to celebrate the launch of motus.cars than to go on a road trip! Right? That’s exactly what we thought… so the planning of a three-week road trip, hosted by popular comedian Nic Goliath, began.
First things first when planning a road-trip – decide on your route. Nic decided to start the journey at the Motus Toyota Cape Gate dealership in Brackenfell, Western Cape, and ending at Motus Ford Germiston in Gauteng.

Next, decide what vehicle you will take. Nic couldn’t decide – so he opted to visit nine Motus dealerships – test driving various vehicles along the way during the road-trip from Cape Town, through Bloemfontein and onto Gauteng.
Of course, a road-trip is not complete unless you plan to visit some points of interest.
The first stop for Nic and his team upon their arrival in Pretoria is Motus Select Zambezi where they will pick up their car before visiting The National Zoological Garden of South Africa.
More widely known as the Pretoria Zoo, it is not only the largest zoo in South Africa, covering 85-hectare, but is also the only one with national status and is rated as one of the top zoos in the world.

After building up an appetite at the Zoo, Nic and his team head off to The Lion’s Den Restaurant in Silverton. With murals of wildlife as high as three storeys, wildlife sculptures and cuisine as robust and bold as its setting, The Lion’s Den is a truly African experience.

A real comic, Nic is making the “Motus Show on the Road”, road trip a journey not to be missed. SA car shoppers and comedy fans can follow his progress during live crossings on Metro FM, during November, weekdays @15h00-18h00 with DJ Naves & Sphectacula, as well as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube updates.
Visit motus.cars and start your car buying journey online and join the conversations on Facebook and YouTube and Twitter. #MotusShowOnTheRoad #MotusCars
