Man killed in Centurion collision

A man was killed following a collision on the N14 in Centurion on Wednesday afternoon.

A light sports utility vehicle veered off the road and collided with the concrete pillar of a bridge, said Ruan Heyns of CERT-SA.

“The driver of the vehicle was critically injured and unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.

“ The man declared dead on the scene.

Heyns said the exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not clear.
