Man found dead in North after he went missing

The 32-year-old Jaco Geledenhuys was last seen alive driving his red Alfa Romeo Mito to his workplace in Pretoria.

A man from Cullinan, who went missing on Wednesday, was found dead in the north of Pretoria. The 32-year-old Jaco Geledenhuys was last seen alive driving his red Alfa Romeo Mito to his workplace in Pretoria.

According to non-profit company Queen Red Ant For Missing Persons, Geledenhuys sent a message to his girlfriend at 18:04 on Wednesday evening and was never heard from again.

His vehicle was later discovered in Pretoria, but Geledenhuys was nowhere to be found. The following day however, the body of a man who matched Geledenhuys’ description was found in a veld near the place his car was discovered.

Cullinan police were investigating the case, but could not immediately comment on the matter. Anyone with more information on the case was asked to call Cullinan SAPS on 012 734 0755.
