Sosh police engage with the community

Soshanguve police met with community members at the Reabetswe primary school in Extension 1 this Tuesday to discuss crime in the area.

“The community is pleased with the effort by Soshanguve police to engage them on their issues,” said Soshanguve SAPS communications officer Nhlanhla Zondi in a statement.

The meeting followed a similar gathering that took place in the same area.
On Monday, Block TT park hosted a meeting between the police and the public which more than 100 people attended.
Zondi believes that initiatives like this will go a long way in building trustworthy relationships between the police and residents.
Community members with information on crimes within the area were urged to contact the SAPS Hotline on 08600 10111.
Any crime can be reported anonymously.
