Notice: Water supply maintenance work planned for Montana Park
Maintenance and upgrading work is planned for nine hours. While an interruption of water supply will be avoided, the metro has not ruled it out.
Residents in several Montana Park extensions are urged to take note of maintenance on their water supply network that could leave them without water on Wednesday, August 31.
In a statement, the metro said it would be carrying out maintenance and upgrading of a supply network in Montana Park Ext 120 at Braam Pretorius Street between Hadeda Street and Visvanger Road.
“[This] essential work is planned for nine hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
“Although an interruption of water supply will be avoided at all costs, it may occur from time to time in the following areas: Montana Park Ext 6, 8, 35, 50, 55, 70, 74, 75, 87, 92, 99, 100, 103, 114 and 130,” the statement said.
Residents are urged to use water sparingly during this time.
