Motorcyclist dies in Centurion collision
A man about 30 years of age had sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead on arrival of paramedics.
A male motorcyclist died on Saturday night in a collision on the N1 north near John Vorster Drive in Centurion.
The accident happened at around 23:40.
According to Emer-G-Med paramedics, they responded to the scene of a collision involving a motorcycle and a truck.
Kyle van Reenen, Emer-G-Med spokesperson, said on arrival at the scene, it was established that a man about 30 years of age had sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead on arrival of paramedics.
The exact circumstances surrounding the accident will form part of a police investigation.
