The Tshwane metro has announced maintenance work that might disrupted water supply north of the city on Wednesday, September 27.

The metro said essential work was planned for the Montana extensions 191 and 192 water supply network from 08:00 to 17:00.

The metro said supply interruption may occur it would try to avoid it at all cost.

The work in extension 191 will be in Rooibos Road between Dr van der Merwe Road and Enkeldoorn Avenue and in Bougainvillea Drive between Eremomela Avenue and Cello Street in extension 192.

The metro said the following suburbs may experience supply interruption.

– Montana Ext 87, 96, 156 and 177

– Bougainvillea Drive between Eremomela Avenue and Cello Street

The metro recently advised residents that water restrictions still applied in the city and to use water sparingly to quell high demand.

The city apologies profusely for the inconvenience that may be caused should the water supply be interrupted.
