NOTICE: Several streets affected by EFF march against Kleinfontein development today

The march is about the persistence of racial segregation and economic exclusion displayed in Kleinfontein. Here is the list of affected streets.

Several streets will be affected by a march today in the east of Pretoria.

According to Tshwane metro police department, the EFF will rally on May 2 against the Kleinfontein development.

The EFF will march against the persistence of racial segregation and economic exclusion displayed in Kleinfontein.

The TMPD said marchers are expected to gather from 10:00 at an open space on the corner of Bronkhorstpruit Road and R515.

The route of the march is as follows: From the gathering point, they will take R515, turn right onto Kleinfontein Way and march on it until they arrive at the dorp.

They are expected to disperse at 14:30.

The following streets will be affected:

– Bronkhorstpruit Road
– R515
– Kleinfontein Way

Motorists are advised to use alternative routes such as:

– R25
– R568
– N4 Emalahleni

Tshwane metro police and SAPS officers will be deployed to monitor the march and all affected streets.
