I would hope the SPCA or Wetnose will charge these people most severely.
It is so sad to hear of this type of cruelty in these days.
We have a German shepherd with genetic inheritance through inbreeding and he has had to have various operations, but this dog is such a protector of our home and is such a loving dog that you can take care of him in the best possible manner.
We hope and pray people will really realise when they get a dog or any other animals to take care of them, or else they should not have any animals.
