Centurion body builder on her way to world championships
A local bodybuilder is busy making a big name in the sport, winning the one title after the other.
Delyse Botes from Centurion has won the International Federation of Body Building (IFBB) South Africa’s Gauteng Provincial Championships for body fitness class over 1,68m recently.
This led to her being invited to take part in the South African Championships in Cape Town, where she has won a second place in the same section.
Botes is now on her way to Canada, where she will take part in this year’s World Championships in October. By the end of October this year she will also participate in the Olympia championships at Carnival City in Brakpan on the East Rand.
In 2013, Botes won the South African extreme championships (IFBB) and the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion (WBFF) figure championships. She is an international motivator and was placed 8th in Arnolds Europe championships.
