Musicians Kwesta and Sjava are billed to perform for one night only as part of South African State Theatre’s 11th Annual Mzansi Fela Festival for 2018 festive season.
The performance starts at 20:00 on Saturday, 10 November.
This year’s installment of the festival will kick off early with BET award-winning isiZulu star Sjava sharing the stage with “N’gud” hitmaker Kwesta.
Sjava held South Africa country’s flag high when he walked away with the Viewers’ Choice Best International Act award at the Black Entertainment Television Awards in June this year.
Kwesta’s smash hit “Spirit” was without a doubt the biggest hip-hop song of 2017 and now he is back with a new one titled “Vur Vai!”.
Since its inception, the Mzansi Fela Festival has become one of the most anticipated festivals of the year in Tshwane and the country at large. The festival presents the most exciting music, theatre, dance, comedy and poetry in South Africa.
The occasion, which started as a five-day event, has now grown to attract more than 10 000 people annually.
