School’s pride wins big at Eisteddfod

A total of 91 learners from Ivypark Primary School competed in the English Eisteddfod that was hosted by Pemps

A total of 91 learners from Ivypark Primary School competed in the English Eisteddfod that was hosted by Pemps recently.

Learners who received 70-79% for their performances, won silver certificates, 80-89% won learners gold certificates and large gold certificates were handed to those who received 90-100% for their performances.

Ivypark won:

• 20 silver;

• 50 gold, and

• 21 big gold.

“We are very proud of these learners for their great results,” said Nellie Buys, an educator at Ivypark.
