Affordable pub lunch at gholf club
Golfers and several residents of the the city had the opportunity to enjoy the first ever pub lunch at the Polokwane Golf Club last Friday.
POLOKWANE – Golfers and several residents of the the city had the opportunity to enjoy the first ever pub lunch at the Polokwane Golf Club last Friday.
It was an event filled with excitement and eager anticipation to see what would be on offer. The menu did not disappoint, they had juicy T-Bone steaks and succulent rumps at very reasonable prices. The pub is open to all residents and not just members of the club, and they plan to make the delicious pub lunch available every Friday.
Keith Badenhorst, Polokwane Golf Club vice president, said that they were very happy about the support they received with this initiative.
“We will have the pub lunch every Friday and hope we will get as awesome support every day as we did today. The main objective of the pub lunch is to give our members the chance to socialise in a relaxed atmosphere, giving them time to network and unwind after a day on the greens,” Badenhorst explained.
The pub lunch starts at 11:30 and is available until 15:00.
You can choose between a 500g T-Bone steak for R65,00 or a 300g rump steak for R50,00. Pap and relish, chips and salads are served as side dishes for the pub lunch.
