Pietersburg Club on Saturday hosted a Christmas market that had something special for every member of the family. From premium wines for the adults to face painting and handmade toys for the children, this market catered to every taste.
There were also beautiful hand crafted décor items and jewellery, as well as clothing, furniture and garden decorations. Organic Christmas cake and natural body lotion was also on sale and shoppers flocked to all the stalls to buy Christmas gifts.
Local musical phenomenon Chris Mocke and friends provided cool jazz background music while visitors lounged under huge sun umbrellas and soaked up the atmosphere.
The food was sensational and catered to every taste and whim. The children especially enjoyed the chicken strips and chips with delicate cupcakes for dessert, while their parents took their time tasting the wines and mampoer on sale and snacked on Pietersburg Club’s delicious fare.
Market organiser Zendi Linde says the Pietersburg Club will host quarterly markets next year as well as a food and wine show and other festivals.
