The bail hearing of the man who was arrested after shooting his wife 5 times last Friday has been postponed to next week.

POLOKWANE – The prominent taxi owner from Moletjie whose taxis operates under the Bahlaloga Taxi Association faces the charge of attempted murder confirmed Seshego Police Station Spokesperson, WO Mothemane Malefo.

The suspect remains in custody until his next court appearance in the Seshego Magistrate’s Court on 11 July.

According to the couple’s daughter, her parents had an argument over domestic issues, and her mother contacted the police in an effort to calm the situation.

“We had to wait for the police at the local shopping complex, but we did not know that my father had followed us there,” she said.

When the man approached, he fired warning shots before shooting his wife in the buttocks, thighs and chest.
