Violent attack at SOS offices after suspect dies
The police are still on the scene and observing the situation.
MOKOPANE – Police are still on the scene after the Special Operation Solutions (SOS) offices in Ruiter Street were attacked at round about 19:45 this evening (Tuesday).
About 40 suspects converged at the office and threw rocks and bricks through the windows, this after an alleged druglord arrested earlier today (Tuesday) by SOS Reaction Officers, died after allegedly being assaulted by members of the community.
The police are still on the scene and observing the situation. No arrests have yet been made.
The cause of the suspect’s death is currently unconfirmed and will form part of police investigation.
