Police are working diligently to find the suspects.

POLOKWANE – After police launched a manhunt when murder accused Rameez Patel’s 54-year-old father, Feroz Patel, was shot and killed by four unknown men on 12 August, there are still no new developments in the case, confirms Westenburg Police Spokesperson, Const Maphure Manamela.

Patel was shot and killed by four unknown men in Platinum Street after being chased until he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a brick wall.

The men shot him and fled the scene with a bag they took from Patel.

“We still do not know the motive behind the shooting and no arrests have been made as yet,” explained Manamela.
