POLOKWANE – A 31-year-old man was arrested in Mankweng, Nobody yesterday (Sunday) after allegedly stabbed his 23-year-old girlfriend to death.
According to Mankweng Police spokesperson, Mohlaka Mashiane the suspect stabbed the deceased multiple times on the upper body after an argument at a local tavern.
She died on the scene.
The suspect will appear in court soon on the charge of murder he added.
“We condemn such behaviour from citizens. People who are in a relationship should seek professional help when their relationship is losing track to avoid such incidents,” said Mashiane.
