LIMPOPO – In an intelligence-driven joint-operation conducted in Tzaneen yesterday, three suspects aged 33, 36 and 40 were arrested en route to rob a store in the industrial area outside Tzaneen.
According to statement issued by Police Spokesperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe, the three suspects, all from Polokwane, planned to blast the vaults at Letaba Snacks in Nkowankowa.
“During the arrest officers confiscated 1 x 9mm Norinco pistol with the serial number filed off and a Silver Tata sedan,” said Ngoepe.
The suspects will appear before the Nkowankowa Magistrate’s Court soon added Ngoepe.
