LIMPOPO – The case against Tinyiko Elphas Khosa ( 52 ) who was arrested last year November in connection with the leaked examination paper has been postponed to April.
He appeared briefly before the Giyani Magistrate’s Court today (Monday) on charges including theft, fraud and corruption.
The case was postponed to 25 April to allow for further investigation.

LIMPOPO – Tinyiko Elphas Khosa ( 52 ) who was arrested in connection with the leaked examination paper was granted R4 000 bail today in the Giyani Magistrate’s Court.
Khosa appeared before the court earlier today after his attorney yesterday asked the court to move bail application date to today instead of 19 December says Hawks Spokesperson, Capt Matimba Maluleke.
Khosa, a former teacher and the owner of two colleges in the Malamulele area, is believed to be behind the leak of the Gr 12 Mathematics Paper 2 question paper via a WhatsApp chat group before the exam was to be written.
He faces several charges including theft, fraud and corruption.
He is set to reappear before the court on 19 December. Investigations continue concludes Maluleke.
