POLOKWANE – The municipality says the rates halls and offices, including the Civic Centre will be closed on Thursday to upgrade their financial systems.
It says that cluster offices will also not be conducting services which require financial systems.
As the financial systems will be upgraded, the traffic department will also be affected, however, they will be able to conduct other services that do not require payment.
The municipality has apologised in advance for any inconvenience caused.
