Alleged taxi violence incident at garage along N1 North
Police and emergency services were on the scene where a taxi driver was attacked during an alleged taxi violence incident earlier today.
POLOKWANE – According to passengers in the said taxi they had been followed since they climbed into the vehicle in Matoks outside Polokwane.
“The men jumped out of their vehicle when we stopped at the red robot next to the garage. They slashed the tyres and attacked the driver,” one of the passengers told Review.
It is alleged the attackers are from a rival taxi association.
