Mokopane Fashion Week brings high fashion to the runway

The event was held on Friday and Saturday was a success after 40 models dressed in designer clothes from local and guest designers

MOKOPANE – The models walked the runway at the Hans van Rensburg Hall.

Edward Sanudi, organiser, said: “The turnout of the event was not as expected. We hoped for more support but we are quite happy knowing that this was the first time it was held in Mokopane.”

The guests and designers includes Melkatz Designs, Black Frog Designs, Paulvia, Candy Coated, EverDesigns, GBeyy Designs, MaggyMargs Designs, Fashion Avenue, Mantseba Mos and World of Beauty.

This fashion week will be hosted twice a year from now on with an autumn/winter collection and a summer/spring collection.
