Fatal accident between Mookgophong and Kranskop, N1 closed
Three have been confirmed dead in the accident, according to Limpopo Transport Department
LIMPOPO – The N1 South between Mookgophong and Kranskop is currently closed after an earlier accident between a bakkie and sedan.
The accident occurred near the Modimolle mountain about 10km from the tollgate.
According to reports three people, all occupants from the sedan, have been confirmed dead . Six people sustained injuries, two serious.
All injured have been taken to the Modimolle Hospital for treatment.

Emergency services are on the scene and motorists are urged to use the alternative R101 road.
