#WFD – Steak and Vegetables

This recipe is sure to be a hit for dinner tonight.

POLOKWANE – When it comes to classic combinatons, none is as classic as steak and vegetables.

Ingredients

  1. 1 x KNORR Creamy Cheese Veggie Bake
  2. 350ml boiling water
  3. 30ml stork margarine
  4. 15ml Robertsons Italian Herbs
  5. 5ml Robertsons Paprika
  6. 600g minute steak
  7. 1 onion, cut into thick slices
  8. 1 baby marrow, sliced diagonally
  9. 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Whisk together the Knorr Creamy Cheese Vegetable Bake and boiling water, and set aside.
  3. Combine the Stork Margarine, Robertsons Italian Herb and Robertsons Paprika in a bowl. Brush the steaks with the seasoning mixture. Place on a lined baking tray.
  4. In a separate baking dish, add the onion, baby marrow and red pepper. Pour over creamy cheese Vegetable Bake mix.
  5. Bake both the steaks and the vegetables for 10-15 minutes, or until vegetables are golden and steak is cooked as desired.
