Cell phone tracking app a helpful tool

Following an alleged housebreaking in the city on the weekend, Polokwane residents are advised to download an application on their cell phones that would enable them to trace the device should it get stolen in any event.
The importance of such an application became evident during a housebreaking in Kleinenberg Street on the weekend which led Police to Dahl Street where they were able to recover the cell phone and other stolen property as well as trace two suspects.
Polokwane Visible Police Commander André Kotze emphasised the importance of such applications as it can quickly lead Police to the device and even ensure that the suspect(s) gets arrested.
Related applications can be downloaded on any smartphone by using the PlayStore option on the cell phone.
