[WATCH] Officials picket outside their offices in Polokwane

The officials are from the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development

POLOKWANE – Officials from the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development are outside their temporary offices in 67 Biccard Street in Polokwane.

They demand that the department build them new office lots as they feel their current offices do not abide to basic requirements. The department’s actual offices in Hans van Rensburg Street burned on 22 January and they were moved to temporary offices in Biccard Street.

The officials say that this is the second time their offices have burned and that there is not enough space for all the employees at their current offices.
