Swan Music Academy hits the high notes at Limpopo Eisteddfod

Swan Music Academy students played some soothing notes at the Limpopo Eisteddfod on August 25.

POLOKWANE – The challenge was even more challenging than before given the lockdown regulations, but this did not deter the musicians from giving their best. Hard work, enthusiasm and a passion for music was the reason for the success that the music students of Swan Music Academy experienced at the event, as most teaching and learning happened online.

Swan Music Academy is grateful towards Ans Becker, the chairperson of the Limpopo Eisteddfod for giving students an opportunity to perform on stage and to judge Gizela de Villiers for her input to make the event successful.

Growth Point Academy entered two ensemble groups, one percussion and the other a recorder ensemble.

The percussion received a silver certificate and the recorder a gold certificate.
