Blood stocks low: Show you care and donate this February
SANBS Polokwane will be hosting mobile blood clinic drives at various venues across the city and in Seshego this Valentine's weekend.

POLOKWANE – February is the month of love. With blood stock levels at critically low levels, the SANBS asks the public to show they care by rolling up their sleeves and donating.
“We need O+, B+ and AB- donors to donate urgently as we only have enough stock for less than three days,” Bethuel Mokonyane, collection manager at SANBS Polokwane says.
He added that by donating you can make a difference in someone’s life.
“If you do not want to donate blood, you have an option to donate plasma. This can be done every two weeks and donation takes up to 90 minutes,” he explained.
