POLOKWANE – Hosted in the overflow parking area, residents got creative as the sun set and settled on their car roofs, the back of bakkies and in camping chairs to watch Encanto.
The movie follows the Madrigals, an extraordinary family who lives hidden in the mountains of Colombia in a charmed place called the Encanto. The magic of the Encanto has blessed every child in the family with a unique gift, every child except Mirabel.However, she soon may be the Madrigals last hope when she discovers that the magic surrounding the Encanto is now in danger.
Popcorn, snacks and refreshments were sold in and outside the mall and a great turnout led to a successful event.
“This is the greatest experience the mall could offer us, we really had a very good time and it’s not all the time we experience things like this in Polokwane.
“Thank you Mall of the North for such an exciting opportunity that we can experience with the whole family. We’re hoping for more,” Mapula Mamabolo said.
