More water woes for Bendor
Residents are urged to contact the municipality's call centre in order for water tankers to be deployed to their residences.

POLOKWANE – Municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala says water tankers will be sent to assist residents of Bendor.
Selala, in a statement, said a pipe has burst at the corner of De Wet Drive and Diemeer Street.
The pipe burst follows just over 24 hours after two pipe bursts were detected on the line that supplies Sterpark and parts of Bendor.
“The latest pipe burst only affects water supply to the Bendor area. Water tankers are assisting the affected customers with a temporary relief of water supply while the maintenance team repairs the pipe,” he explained.
Selala once again urged those who do receive supply, to use water sparingly.
“Residents in areas that experience water supply challenges are urged to report it promptly to the Water and
Sanitation Call Centre on 015 290 2376, so that the municipality can come to their aid,” he concluded.
