Daycare centre in Mahwelereng needs your help

Motherland Daycare Centre is a local registered non-government organisation where children from privileged as well as underprivileged families are offered quality education.

MOKOPANE – Lebogang Mashiloane has a passion for taking care of young children, and this passion encouraged her to make a difference in the community.

She started the Motherland Daycare Centre at 783 Mahwelereng, Zone 1 and currently has 14 children, from babies to children up to five-year-old.

“Motherland Daycare Centre is a local registered non-government organisation where children from privileged as well as underprivileged families are offered quality education.”

The classroom.

She adds that she takes the children off the street and teach them how to interact with others.

“I teach them physically and spiritually to be worthy one day.”

The kitchen facilities are not up to standard.

However, the daycare centre needs donations and assistance.

“I started the centre in a shack and the toilet and kitchen facilities are not up to standard. If anyone is willing to reach out to the centre please contact me on 079 160 5273. This is a challenge I want to overcome with the support of the community.”
