Dive into action at Ebenezer Mile 2025

Dive into the Ebenezer Mile with exciting open-water races for swimmers of all ages and abilities at Mountain Yacht Club.

POLOKWANE – Since its humble beginnings in 1992 with just 60 swimmers, the Ebenezer Mile has grown into a premier open-water swimming event.

This year, over 700 swimmers and 2 000 spectators are expected to gather at the Mountain Yacht Club on March 15 for an unforgettable day of competition and camaraderie!

Event schedule:

Event 1 – Women only (u/14 & over 30) from 11:00 to 11:55.
Event 2 – Men only (u/14 & over 30) from 12:00 to 12:55.
Event 3 – Mixed (men & women) (u/14-30) from 13:00 to 13:55.
Event 4 – 3000m SSA qualification swim (11+ years) from 14:00 to 15:30.
Event 5 – 500m open swim (all ages) from 14:00 to 14:45.

The prize giving will take place after each swim category.

Entries close on March 12 at 23:59.
