P1 primary schools athletics held at Peter Mokaba Stadium

POLOKWANE – The P1 primary schools athletics meeting was held at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Friday, hosted by Nirvana Primary School.

Young athletes braved the heat to participate in javelin, shotput, high jump, long jump, discus-throw, track and hurdles, while the teachers and assistants made sure that the athletes stayed hydrated.

Schools that participated include the host, Good Hope Primary, Flora Park Comprehensive, Laerskool Pietersburg Oos (Oosskool), Northern Academy, PCS, PEMPS, Laerskool Pietersburg Suid (Suidskool), Piet Hugo, Laerskool Ivypark, Laerskool Pietersburg-Noord (Noordskool) and Chris Homeyr.
